Pamela J. Brown

Pamela BrownPamela Brown is the founder and President of Brown Performance Group. She has over 20 years of experience as a consultant, strategic planning facilitator, and trainer helping for-profit and non-profit clients achieve improved outcomes and return on investment. She has worked with nonprofits of diverse sizes and missions to improve their sustainability and impact and has trained thousands of financial professionals and managers to think strategically and build trusted relationships with their business and institutional clients.

Ms. Brown is a former commercial banker and capital markets specialist and has an M.B.A. from Cornell University and an M.S. Ed. from the State University of New York. She is active as a Board member and volunteer in the nonprofit sector. She has most recently served on the legislative Commission to Develop a Comprehensive State Mental Health Plan in NH, the Board of the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) in New Hampshire, and the Board of the New England Chapter of the Institute of Management Consultants. She has been a speaker for several non-profit associations, the American Society for Training and Development, the American Bankers Association, and the Bankers Association for Corporate Finance and has written several articles for leading industry journals.
